Instructions for the dice set bracelet.

First Step

String the dice on the thin core cord. At this time please tie a temporary knot at one end.

Second step

Fit the 550 (thicker) cords through the buckle, pull through approx. 3″ of “size insurance” cord and tie each with a temporary knot.

Third Step

Loop the 550 cords around and through the other side of the buckle. and measure around your wrist. leave a (finger width) half inch of additional room because the braiding consumes diameter.

Fourth Step

Unlock the buckle, CAREFULLY SO YOU WON’T LOSE YOUR LOOP MEASUREMENT, and insert the unknotted thin cord through the buckle. (2 inches will be enough)

* You will now have two 550 cores, one thin core with your pieces, and the two 550 cord “arms”.

Fifth Step

Braid all three cores to the buckle with cobra pattern loops.

Continue cobra pattern until you want to add an item to the bracelet.

Decoration Step

Each time you want to place a decoration on the bracelet follow these instructions.

Start by lifting the thin core up from the bracelet.

Now braid a single cobra past where it if lifted.

Slide the item down the thin core and loop the 225 cord back with the 550 cores.

Now lock the decoration into place with a minimum of two cobra braids. the spacing is up to your preference.

DO NOT TIGHTEN DOWN THE 225 CORD AND DECORATION BEFORE THAT STEP. YOU RISK PULLING APART YOUR COBRA.

Repeat the Decoration steps until all items are locked in place.
take time now to adjust braid and item tightness.

Finishing steps.

Untie the temporary knots holding the buckle, and on the 225-core cord.

Fit all three through the buckle so the extra cord is aimed to the wrist/ inside.

Put the bracelet on and resize it now.

Carefully take it off and continue using the cobra pattern to lock all the tail ends into the core of the bracelet. Tightly secure your last braids.

Cutting step.

Leaving approx. 1/4 inch (1 cm) of cord trim off any extra cords.

Fire Step.

Notify your instructor when you are ready to have the cut cord ends melted.

congratulations!
